The proportions of the timber MŪ192 chair respond to the mid-century designs of Italian masters such as Gae Aulenti, Vico Magistretti and Tobia Scarpa, who each explored the compositional possibilities of the low-slung occasional chair.
The simple detailing of the rounded back- and armrests takes its cue from our MŪ61 lounger, while the shorter frame offers a more modest appearance.
Our timber furniture is crafted from prime oak or walnut. The solid walnut pieces feature a natural oiled finish that highlights the warmth of the timber, while oak items can be stained to a darker shade.
The MŪ192 is intended for indoor use only.

Dust the timber frame with a soft, dry cloth. For marks or spills, use a cloth lightly dampened with mild soapy water, then dry immediately. Let candle wax harden before carefully lifting it off with a blunt object. Keep timber out of prolonged direct sunlight and avoid placing liquids or cleaning products directly on the surface. Do not use steel wool, abrasive pads, or harsh chemicals. Minor scratches and dents can often be repaired — contact us before attempting fixes.
Damage caused by abrasives, harsh cleaning products, sharp objects, pets, or improper repairs is not covered under warranty.
The MŪ192 chair is made from solid timber, with structural parts cut from premium-quality wood. Each chair is hand-assembled and hand-finished, with close attention given to the sharp angles and joinery.
The crisp geometry of the design requires multiple stages of sanding before and after assembly.
