All of our products are made-to-order; therefore, in most cases, we ask that you allow 8–10 weeks of production lead time. We will always endeavour to deliver orders as quickly as possible and will inform customers of potentially shorter lead times before finalising a purchase. As we work with suppliers for materials and services, delays may occasionally occur that are beyond our control or responsibility; however, we will always communicate promptly if any delays are expected.
As we rely on our suppliers for materials, we do not guarantee that all variations of all products in our catalogue are available at any given time.

Before an order is confirmed, you will receive a quotation from us, which includes all details relating to the products you would like to purchase.
Your order is confirmed following your written approval of our quotation and receipt of your deposit payment. A deposit payment, in most cases, amounts to 60% of the total order value.
Quotations are valid for 14 days.
Pricing for preferred variations and finishes is available on enquiry through our website or via email.
We reserve the right to adjust our prices at any given time without notice. In case the price of a certain product or product variation has changed since your quotation expired, we will only confirm your order after written approval of the new price.
Our standard payment terms will be highlighted on your quotation, and in all cases, will include a deposit payment and a final payment. The deposit payment is required to confirm your purchase, while the final payment is due before delivery.
We ask payments to be made via electronic funds transfer. If you wish to pay by credit card, an additional charge will apply, based on the current rates set by your credit card company and our payment portal, generally ranging between 2–4%.
Special payment terms for larger orders and bespoke products are at the discretion of our management team.
Unless otherwise stated on your quotation or invoice, our prices are exclusive of delivery charges. Courier and/or installation fees will be highlighted as a separate item on your invoice.
Our delivery services in Cape Town and most areas of the Western Cape include on-site assembly and/or installation. We will always endeavour to offer, but cannot guarantee the same service in most urban areas of South Africa.
We would like you to feel confident when purchasing from us, so we provide the following return and warranty options:
We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship for up to 12 months following delivery. Please note that each warranty claim will be assessed by our specialists and will be approved only if it is clear that the damage occurred due to poor workmanship or faulty materials. Our warranty does not cover repair services for wear-and-tear or improper use of the product.
In case of a faulty product, we will choose to either repair or replace the item based on the extent of the damage.
Collection of a faulty item and delivery charges of a repaired or replacement product will be on our account.
We allow changes to an order’s materials, finishes, or quantity within 24 hours of confirmation. As our products are made-to-order and materials are procured specifically for your order, we cannot accommodate modifications once this 24-hour period has passed.
We ask that you log a return request by contacting your sales representative or emailing us at studio@muvekstudio.com. We are unable to accept returns that are not recorded on our systems.
Please always indicate the reason for the return and identify your product with its unique serial number.
We take pride in the quality of our products and would like you to be able to enjoy them for as long as possible. Understanding that signs of wear-and-tear will occur after some time, we offer our repair services to all of our customers beyond the standard 12-month warranty.
